StatHelper: Our flagship application, the StatHelper, is an integrative software package that is driving the next evolution in Statistical Learning. The StatHelper assists students by providing solutions and interpretations for all the problems they may see in a basic stats course at the click of a button.
The Job: We are looking for a Social Media intern who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media intern will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
Desirables:
- Prior experience with social media promotion and content creation is required.
- Accessibility to various social media platforms is required (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to create content that is unique and expresses our brand is essential.
- Business or marketing background is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post weekly content on our social media channels.
- Reply to comments on posts and develop a relationship with followers on each page.
- Review product feedback data generated from each platform and relay it to management.
