StatHelper:
Our flagship application, the StatHelper, is an integrative software package that is driving the next evolution in Statistical Learning. The StatHelper assists students by providing solutions and interpretations for all the problems they may see in a basic stats course at the click of a button.
The Job:
We are looking to fill student marketing positions. These positions will run on a semester basis with a chance for renewal. The benefits of this position over other student positions are as follows:
• We offer the ability to create your own schedule.
• As a start-up we allow for the flexibility to be exposed to all different aspects of the company beyond just marketing
• Automatically eligible for our referral program
Desirables:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Business or marketing background is preferred but not required.
• Experience with social media promotion is preferred but not required.
• College student that has some sort of involvement with basic level statistics is desirable, E.g. (Enrolled in a course, TA/Tutor for a course, have taken a course in the past).
Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing and product plans through customer feedback
• Lead info sessions and responding to inquires about the product in-person and virtual
• Help to generate brand awareness through local and social media avenues
